Piedmont 21, Willard 30
The Fifers squared-off against Willard in their second game
of the season. The Phoenixes took an early lead, but scoring by Jack McKeen and
Eoghan Shields brought the Fifers to within one point at the half. Dillon
Heller and Bing Mitchell kept the Fifers in the game, and Jackson Beieler scored
a memorable bucket against his former school team. The teams were well-matched,
but the Fifers were ultimately defeated, 21-30.
